Blogging/Workshopping
For everyone wondering what and when the next workshop will be, I should informed you that tomorrow night is a rest day for the collective, as a large number will be getting down to the sounds of the Asian Dub Foundation over the visual pleasures of Mathieu Kassowitz's "gritty urban tale" La Haine. We will be resuming activities on the 27th, with a yet to be confirmed lineup of talented, unassuming peoples. Like Dave, with a 'how to jumpstart your local status in farflung outposts of civilisation'. And Jesse the Genetics Jester with 'how to drench yourself in...' oh wait that's top secret. Well anyway, stay tuned, and turn up on the 27th demanding more free-flowing cacophonous democracy than we can point a burning stick at.
Hammy, how is the setting up of your thesis blog coming along? Have you thought of a witty, yet restrained title that sums up your purpose? Do you want to know any secret HTML? Drop me an email at alisharp@mailus.com and I will reply from alisharp@xsmail.com...kewl, huh?
For anyone reading this, but lacking a personal entry code, email either of these addresses and I'll get an invite sent out ASAP. This is the easiest way to send you on your way to creating an original piece of tech history...your first, personal web space.
By the way, there is still the offer of a free beer to anyone who puts a commenting feature on this beautiful page...not that we need it mind you, but just to show that we can.
Also, one last thing...congratulations to Dewi for scoring a job at the Age...leaving me the only hopeless bum from Catalyst 2001. All the best with everything, everyone.
